PRACTICAL STRESS MANAGEMENT is a practical and scientifically proven program developed by P. Tom Sylvester, Ph.D.

 

Participants learn what stress is, what it does to us, how it does it and what you can and cannot do about it.

 

You learn two proven stress coping techniques. One technique can be done anywhere, anytime and in public in less than six seconds. This technique can be learned in five minutes.

 

These methods are helpful for anxiety, addictions, phobias and depression as well as day to day stress.
