WHAT IS THERAPY?

In counseling or therapy, you work to overcome problems and heal yourself. We help you decide on what changes you want to make, learn what the obstacles are to making those changes and how to use your own resources to lead a more satisfying life.

 

THERAPY SESSIONS

Each 45-50 minute session is tailored to your needs. We meet in a casual, comfortable and private office atmosphere.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

The process is in your hands. We'll help you evaluate and measure your progress. Together we will develop a plan that will help you decide when you are ready to go it alone.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

All of your communications with your therapist are confidential. We are not allowed to release any information about you unless you sign a "release of information" form permitting the transfer of specific information to a designated individual.
